Driving results during the pandemic and market rebound

Luxury Escapes continues to deliver bookings and revenue to partners throughout the pandemic. The past 18 months have seen us grow our member base to over 4 million, which in turn has enabled us to continue to promote and support our Australian and global partners.

We have delivered more than 600,000 room nights to our Australian partners in the last year. Whilst internationally, we were able to leverage our global members base to achieve some exceptional results.

In destinations such as the Maldives, we have seen continued success by growing our partners and driving new demand from markets like the US (where Luxury Escapes now represents 30%+ of all travel to the Maldives). Delivering $18 Million in revenue (22,000 room nights) to some properties in the last 12 months. We’re also pleased to have assisted many partners with locking in base business for 2022, ensuring they have a healthy outlook for the months to come and a smooth path to recovery.

We have also partnered with several local and international tourism boards in the past 12 months, delivering 20 co-operative marketing campaigns targeting both short and long-term travel. As a result of delivering exceptional results for these campaigns, we have secured a strong pipeline of partnership campaigns in the coming six to 12 months.

“We are starting to see strong positive sentiment for Australians travelling internationally. LE recently launched an offer with a Khao Lak resort - producing over 12,000 room nights in the space of 2 weeks. A very successful result to build a strong base of business for the hotel for 2022 and 2023.” said Daniel Monk, Luxury Escapes General Manager – Accommodation.
